Beijing First Day: Arrival point choices

Confirm whether your flight uses Beijing Capital (PEK) or Beijing Daxing (PKX), then check the terminal. Build the journey around that airport and your hotel’s exact branch.

What to do

    Check your airport code and terminal with the airline close to departure; do not infer the terminal from an old airline list.

    For PEK, compare the Capital Airport Express and official taxi or pickup options. For PKX, compare the Daxing Airport Express and that airport’s ground transport.

    If arriving by rail, save the full station name from your ticket. Beijing, Beijing South, Beijing West and Beijing North are different stations.

    Ask the hotel for the Chinese address, district and nearest useful station, including the final walk from that station.
