Hotel Check-In Guide
Late arrival message
Flights get delayed. Immigration lines are long. A quick message to the hotel keeps them from giving away your room or marking you as a no-show.

What to do
- 1
Before you board, send the hotel your flight number and rough arrival time. A message on the booking app works fine.
- 2
Ask them to hold the room if you'll arrive after their normal check-in cutoff (usually 6pm or midnight).
- 3
Save their reply and front desk phone number where you can find it offline.
- 4
If things change during travel (longer delay, missed connection), update them before your phone dies.
Double-check before you rely on this
The hotel has 24-hour reception, or you know their cutoff time.
You understand the cancellation/no-show policy for your booking.
You have a backup hotel nearby in case something goes really wrong.
