Backup if a ticket issue happens

Ticket problems are easier to solve with the right document, order number, and enough time. Move toward staffed help quickly.

What to do

    Go to a staffed ticket counter or service desk if passport scanning or order lookup fails.

    Show the passport used for booking and the order number.

  3. 3

    Keep screenshots of the booking channel, train number, date, seat, and payment record.

    Do not wait until boarding closes to ask for help.

Check before you rely on it

  • Refund or change rules are checked on the current booking channel.

  • You know whether the issue is identity, payment, timing, or station selection.

  • You have a backup route if the original train cannot be used.
